sysconfig startup item fails on first boot #1

Description

The sysconfig startup item enters a "failed" state the first time the operating system boots.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Deploy a fresh installation of hammerhead with zyginit
  2. Boot the OS
  3. observe "1 failed" sysconfig service
  4. 'zygctl' status also shows the failed service.

Expected Behavior

No services fail on first boot

Actual Behavior

Sysconfig fails (maybe a false positive) On the second boot, it does not fail.

  • OS: hammerhead
  • Version: alpha8
