Context: colorized ls already landed via the rootfs zshrc alias (ls --color=auto). Color support for grep and diff remains open.

Scope:

• Investigate in-tree versus GNU color support for grep and diff on Hammerhead.
• Propose aliases and/or package/port cuts as appropriate.
• Prove the result on hh-beta02 when scheduled.

Owner lane: Ziggy (HH); partner Lang only if Reef-side tooling intersects (unlikely).
